Bull flag on the 5 minute at the MA in pivot zone, master one setup that you can easily identify and gives you an edge, formulate rules and follow them and for goodness sake don't fight the tape.

There has been no reason to be anything but long on the ES unless you are a skilled scalper and so few are skilled anything no less scalping.
