I'm flat and neutral here. Looking for an FBO below 4490 for a good rally higher or continuation lower. Will wait and see what the market does here.

NQ putting in a higher low. ES below last week's low.
FBO still possible here, so may be wise to be cautious to the short side.
Obviously an important level to defend here as continuation lower is easily worth 100 points or more.

FBOs left and right. I'm looking to get long here if we continue getting higher lows and can break above 4400.
If NQ finally gives up the Open we could head lower, but looking pretty firm so far.

The daily chart / short term trend looks heavy here, but we do appear to be bottoming out.
Admittedly, I do not have the best read at the moment. I see both a rug pull and a rally happening from here.

Stop @ B/E. Will possibly add a few later if I believe that could be worthwhile.
We live in uncertain times, so I'll be cautious with predictions, but it's possible we put in the Week Low today.
EDIT: Added one @ 4506. Average is 96. Stop @ 87 on both.
Looking for a bigger move out of this area, so will HODL.

What's your typical NQ target per contract in this environment?
No fixed target. I obey my trading system like a machine. As soon as PA momentum fades, my system will show the warnings and so I must get out.
