ES Journal - 2021/2022

NQ, I'd have normally closed position here, but due to consolidation period I believe we go through this upcoming level that was resistance not too long ago.

This is looking to be a total loss of 162.50 + costs. I toyed with the notion of rolling the short strike up and out, but the money isn't there.

I decided to isolate this aspect of my ES trading, rather than clutter up the board with a myriad of MES and option trades.

I'm getting long here for tomorrow. So far just one MES at 3968.

What about putting on your initial spread with a net credit? Ever heard of Buy1 Sell2?
