ES Journal - 2021/2022

Well, you and I are different, now aren't we? I'm a swing trader, and you are a day-trader. So we are different.

If I were a swing trader MAKING money and you were a day-trader LOSING money, it would be a very different conversation at this time.

Of course, nobody can be sure in your journal, because you are not being totally honest over there, now are you? Tiddlys-winks?

Which one you talking about? Tiddly? Sorry, kinda' lost my bearing there.

Damn right we are different, skippy.

You wander around ET citing the honesty and openness of your journaled trades where the repeating nature of your trading is clearly shown. For months you have espoused the news, newsmakers, and the economic environment as reasons, crutches, for your failures. Now you are adding LTD SOP procedure... Commercials and hedgers care about such things. You are neither. And guess what... speculators don't care because they don't put themselves in situations beyond their control or understanding. Your alchemy doesn't work.

You can not goad me to believe your cow pies. Over the course of several months you can not say there was not at least one opportunity for you to exit your trade and move on. Instead, you chose to accept lost opportunities, and refused to minimize a loss. Hope for breakeven is not a valid strategy. Day, swing, investment, doesn't matter. You make excuses, nothing else. I make money from trading for my wants and needs.

You are the one who needs to be honest... your trading sucks!
Hopefully war or other negative catalyst will NOT occur between now and LTD.

Weekends have a purpose.
Have a nice one.

Sarge, you're a day trader in swing trader drag.
Yep.
Grab a HG futures chart, gear that baby down to a minute or two and then just be yourself for an hour or two.

Instant reversal on that gap fill and a potential FBO on higher time frames, but I think this will inch up to 3980 by the Close. Maybe a weak dip first, but taking an early entry here at 3957.
