Oh btw, someone in Quantopian community posted a goldmine of quant stuff recently with hundred of video files. I'm going to spend time to go through those and see if I can find anything useful to read :)

Wall Street liking Republicans holding Senate and improving House.

Biden will win by Friday's close and we have 2 very large consecutive upgaps, the second one shall close sooner. Trump will challenge it all the way, market doesn't like that.

MI, AZ, WI and even PA will go for Biden. End of story and election. 307 electors to 231. And Joe doesn't even need PA...

Yep...it appears that for my state of PA, the mail-in ballots are going to kill Trump. We won't know for sure till Friday.

How do you guys mark the official close of regular hours on ES and NQ? I have set to 16:15 ET but my software package's report on the market change % indicates something else.

I think is wrong. ES/NQ continue to trade till 3:15 CT, then halt from 3:15p.m. - 3:30p.m, then continue from 3:30pm till 4:00 pm CT. Next sesssion begins at 5:00 pm CT.

I think the key is just to get in the flow with big picture of the market. There were some signs last week that a low was in, which once you see that, just focus your trades with the bigger picture view.

It's just something that has been happening a lot recently and it's good for intra-day traders to keep in mind as the moves are not only expanded due to volatility, but they also tend to stay down or up for a longer amount of time before correcting the imbalances. I assume it's algo's taking advantage of intra-day traders to collect their supply, but I don't know that and don't really care who it is or if it's just how the markets work is irrelevant.
