I think he means there's no point being a bear when we just went through the shortest bear market in history? So why not be a perma-bull?
Well, there was recently the comeback of a perma-bull who admitted a recent major loss. Might have been in March.
And the largest move today was down.
Still. This is a bull market for now.
target set for +14 on this (in case it gets hit overnight and i'm not here to post exit)
