Now - at the end of the week the weekly forecast model says we've got a 75 % chance of the Week High coming today on Friday in RTH.

And a 100 % odds we'll close at top of the range. This means we should close above 3330 at least. Even if we don't make new highs.

My best bet for today is we'll see at least 3350.

So, I'll be buying dips today with confidence - assuming I get a buy signal.

Let's see what happens on the 08:30 numbers.
 
As of yesterday's Close we're only 1,53 % from the ATH. 3393,75.

Can it really happen as soon as today?

Technically, I don't see why not. We've had quite a few days with a daily change greater than 1,5 % this year.

They key is of course to first take out 3344. Didn't make it on this initial news spike higher, but the day is still young...

Looks like one of those "overshoot days" i call it. When the 5 min bars overshoot where you want them to close at to set up a good trade. So you gotta enter on the 1 min before the bar closes. Often, like today so far, they produce outside bars. This PA used to frustrate the crap out of me.

Up 4.5 points. Might just throw a middle finger to the morning session and take the kids to the park and sneak on the closed playground equipment.
