It might be a brilliant political move to swing more undecided voters his way. Lets face it.... John and Suzie Q Public are not real happy with China right now. American's LOVE to vent their anger.

If Navarro was given the go ahead to say this by Trump himself.... it was a calculated move.

Besides... Wall Street doesn't like uncertainty. Regardless of the ramifications here... it closes the book on things. Certainty. The big boys can now plan and move ahead accordingly.
