lowered my stop to 3032, so I at least take 50 points. If we break out of this bear channel I assume the LOD is in. It ain't over till the... but damn, I was so close 
out for 50 points. That 100 point trade will be for another time.
There is an old "rabbit's foot" type of thing with many old school traders...
Enter on even number values.
Exit on odd number values.
Most "magic numbers" are even numbers. And although there may be nothing magic about your decision or placement, even number values are protected on either side with odd number values. Of course an argument can be made that the reverse is also true: odd numbers are protected by even numbers, but this is magic number stuff we are talking so it doesn't matter!

Well, if I was manually managing the trade I would have closed it earlier when we went up to 3050 as well. I was looking at 3002 and 2975 as targets. Since my entry was at 3082 and I really thought we had a chance to reach 2975 I decided to put my target at exactly 100 pts for the runner. Half of my position I closed way earlier, this was not a normal trade but I took a shot. Funny how I missed it by 1 tick but that is life.
Still more than 100 pts profit in total today so still a great day. And glad to give some entertainment back to this thread

I agree, it is too bad they left. Maybe one day they will return, I am relatively new here but as far as I know they were around for years.
Great action today both ways... unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch any runners or the “meat of moves” ... I scalped the hell out of the 2 min chart for 5500 ... just kept missing the real moves even though they were very attainable... very frustrating.....
