Not sure if there's anything inherently wrong with Fridays. Been a long time since I've experienced chop like we had this morning.

Mark D Cook said he took Fridays off because a long term analysis of his performance showed a poor result on Fridays. But according to him - it was because of fatigue throughout the week.

He also traded lightly on Monday's because that was a bad day too. According to him - he thought it was because he was just warming up after a weekend off. Allegedly, Tuesdays were his best day.

My PnL approves this message. Just rode a 2793.5 long all the way to 2800 and back. Stop at 89.00

i think fridays are hard because of expectation (prediction) of where we believe week will end. we all see that a massive move is possible one way or the other today. ive been getting chopped here too.

Is this goodbye to 2798?

For now - it seems. Remains to be seen if we can put in a bottom here on this test of the LOD. I suppose today still has the potential of turning into a sweet sell lower.

But for me, I'm still primarily looking for a long here. Just look at how strong NQ is.

Either buy / hold near the lows of the day and put stop under if you have enough conviction we end higher on day or just wait till the murderous chop ends I think.

I did that - but was already in the red, so it only helped salvaged my losses today.
