Looks now like CL and ES will move up from here in sympatico. We've got strong strong upward signals on both. ---
B1, that's hardly a discussion. You post a chart with no remarks, I write something regarding S/D etc... and you come back with this.

Ok. I don't use this stuff, but Investing dot com does the T/A work for anyone who cares. They calculate for the reader, a multitude of the best tried and true T/A indicators over various time periods.

Soooo.... you say "strong upward signals"... which ones Izzy? Because here's a bunch that say otherwise.

Care to respond with something other than "massive upmove in the works" or something to that effect?

I initially lost money by listening to folks talk about fundamentals and realized that I don't have time to study the reports, earnings, numbers etc of the market. So, I began focusing on risk management and letting winners run by studying chart patterns. I wanted to be able to look at a chart or combo of time frames and within 5 to 10 seconds declare Long Long Long. --then I figure the stop, then I get in or figure where to get in. Charts reveal fundamentals AND sentiment. Sentiment drives the market more than fundamentals.

Thank you

Another interesting observation to me anyway is that The Turtles were successful by buying high and selling higher. This is counter-intuitive to most humans but was a a major part of their success.--For to go higher, you must first make new highs on some time frame. One flaw in their strategy though was gross mismanagement of risk. ---to the point of ruin nearly if you were wrong first time out.

Perhaps on the national level but different story here in NY/ NJ... they’re running out of body bags!

I live in a small rural cotton farming town between Phx and Tucson. Strong republican/fox news/pro trump area.
Been asking people if they personally know anyone who has really been sick from the virus? In the last week or two the answer has become yes. One neighbor says a 30 yr old man at her work -- in perfect health prior -- just died from it. Another went to university with best friend who became a Dr and this Dr just died from it.
Guess we can get used to this as far as the market goes... but...

Yes death is terrible but just like somebody dieing from cancer or heart attack people will get used to it . I've heard this many times . If you don't work you might as well die . So people will take the risk and work for the time being.
