I may have jumped too soon. For some reason I thought earnings were Thursday. And I even wrote on Sunday they are on the 30th. :banghead:

I f'd up.
I braindumped and when I saw it at $284 for some reason I thought the ER was Thursday. That's ISRG.

I like it as a short, but its going to move with the indexes until about a week out from earnings.
I saw it jump today and thought I had a goldmine.

If the markets keep going up... I think 292.50 anytime between here and earnings will be a safe entry.
As for a target, I could see a 20% haircut in the absence of any new corporate initiatives on the earnings call. So sub-$250
