It's always so convenient how the markets always seem to be up relative to the previous moves when the "news" comes out to drop it. lol

Maybe I have a bad memory, but I cannot remember too many if any times the market is dropping or down and than "news" comes out and drops it lower. Seems to be very rare.

I'd be surprised if crude weren't down big the rest of the week - the only thing propping it up is hope that the Saudi's and Russia kiss and make up.
Agreed.
But I don't think they play ball unless Trump agrees to cut, and what are the chances of that?
It's more complicated than that....Canada, Norway, and Brazil also must comply with the cut-backs. No doubt, Trump must agree as much as he hates to.

Looking at data end of day, most everything looking bearish but subdued volumes.
There was a lot of green on the board regarding the day moves but closes were predominantly red which included oil and gas.
Metals and mining looked ok.
My call, leading up to Easter will be choppy, subdued, prolly down a tad or two.
Post Easter, bullish!

Yeah. Especially Ammo was a very strong presence in this journal posting pretty much on a daily basis. If I'm not mistaken, there were periods in the past where @Buy1Sell2 wasn't as active as now, but Ammo was always around posting his analysis and trades.

Other names I remember:

@Trvlwanderer
@Now is Now (would always enter on extremes)
@gmst
@bigsnack (of course)
@Macho
@Zr1Trader
@eudaemon
@emg (legend)

And probably a bunch of others that I've forgotten to mention.

Beside those names listed above, here are some more who I remember as regulars. Some like pekelo and volente are still here, still making their top calls. Then there are those I rather not see again, who I won't name. :D

The 2008 thread was so good that even our mod @Magna had this to say (which you wouldn't see on this thread):
"Guys, this is an excellent journal so keep up the great work. If anyone starts creating a problem please drop me a PM and I will take care of it."

BTW @apex82 was especially good. Where the heck is he?
