In the end, fundamentals always win.

What we see happening day after day are machines programed by the best and brightest, backed with tons and tons of cash, battling other machines programed by the best and brightest... also backed by tons of cash.
We are mere specks of dust, if that. Not even that really.

Now if you guys have figured out ways to ride those waves like I'm sure a few of you have, more power to you. But in the end... we will settle far below the all-time highs. We are probably near a multi-year high going forward right here as I type.

Make no mistake, after all the games are played out... fundamentals always win in the end.
If what they say is true, our economy is going to contract in a big way, and it'll take years to rebound.

Fundamentals mean different things to different people.
I wish markets were logical, but they aren't.
My call for USA Wednesday is an up day.
Izzy may be right, and I too remain bullish. "Hello Izzy, how are you? Still grumpy?" :)
I added 5 more positions long in my portfolio today.
 
People are expecting a V shape recovery, including me 3 weeks ago. It's going be longer to recover. UI benefits alone may take 2-3 months to clear backlog by the states. It's a mess.
