That did sound kind of "game-ish" and shame on me. Its easy to lose sight of reality when trading stocks or whatever. Believe me, I want this virus dead and gone. For everyone's sake.

That said, we are going lower. We've only had the first round of people (nervous Nellies) cashing out.
Lots of people are gonna be forced to liquidate portions of their retirement to help their kids and grandkids.

Gotta call it as I see it. The long term economic effects of printing our way out of this will take years to mend. A blind man can see it. The economy is not going to just bounce back. Too much sh*t goin' on. We are heading for a re-dux of the 70's.

2000 is a given.
 
Look at that channel. Even the most optimistic guess is near 1600.There'll be rallies, but the trend is now flat to down. Or it will be I should say. NQ might see his 2900, on a bear rally, but I doubt it.

Pay close attention to 1968-1980 there. Vietnam was expensive. Both culturally and financially. It took a decade to recover.
I have no idea at the moment what our debt vs gdp was when all the dust settled, Vietnam went on for a decade, but we just added 10% to our national debt in 3 weeks with the stroke of a pen. And there'll be more to come.

Above 2930 it is not longer a bear market rally, imo.

2743 up to 2811 would be normal for a second leg up.

2930 is the stretch - I should say 2930 +/- as emotions have been running high and over shoots and front runs alike abound.
