Anyway - there's been quite a few days recently opening strongly down, but sporting a strong leg up.

I'll be missing the long if it takes off from here and doesn't come back. Just not willing to risk my gains, kind of dumb as I am up so can afford to take a trade, but it would be rare for 2480 on ES not to be filled, so just going to play the probabilities.

Have you done a lot of testing on these and determined if they have a predictive value for the day ahead?

I'm only watching the TICK among those. It's trending higher and seems to mostly spending time above zero. But it's a bit mixed so far...

IMO - it's starting to look a bit dangerous below now. Shouldn't drop much below 17 here to trigger a drop.

Not really, but unless I see a change in the tendency (the proportion) I'm leaning short, you can sail against the wind, but it's easier to just go with the flow.

But hey, I know nothing.
