What good would this "stimulus" do when people are locked in their homes and the businesses shut down? Consumers need to spend money for the economy to grow. But that ain't happening and will not happen for some time. I think that's what the market is grappling with.

I am just riding this train. My opinion is insignificant. I am still waiting for my 10-15% down day to seal this bottom. Once bottom is known, trading up would be half the battle.
