But why is the ES acting so damn lukewarm? It should be hitting the ceiling in all 4 cylinders. Maybe it wasn't such a good deal.

But I read earlier that Kudlow stated the rescue package was marked for $7. Maybe that's why the market is so tepid?

Probably part of the overall package. Net total gov support is over 2T for sure.
