How many of you guys implement monetary/ Handle quota`s for the day?

In this market.. all you need is 1 decent setup to put you at or above your daily quota... that said, nothing wrong with 1 & done... Less is more.... as a matter of fact, I would often call it a wrap after hitting my quota for the day & ending the day on a high note & positive mindset that always carries over to the next session.. I`m a firm believer in that!

Easy quota with VIX trades. I just exited some ES and move to VIX.

Nice and clean down trend if one zooms out a bit. Rangewise - we're below recent averages.

2300 looks just about right by the Close today. Maybe more.

There's gonna be a large short squeeze today, this afternoon I think.
If not, things are really looking bad.
If I were playing ES, I'd roll the dice and go long right now, or wait for 2360 to be safe. There will be a run however.

At this rate, I see 2325 as the LOD. Hope it turns around quick after that. If not, this market's toast. We might dive into the close.

Strong short term reversal signal there at the low on lower time frames. Higher TFs still in down trend.

Trying hard to put in a bottom for sure. Just not so sure it's going to hold.
