You sound like a novice. No offense, but you should really start from the lower rung. There are many free resources on futures. ES, which this thread is about, is an index futures based on S&P 500 cash index.

Anyway, nothing fancy about what I wrote. The numbers refer to the entry price, stop (when I'm wrong) and profit target. 26.50 is the target price level where I will exit my trade.
