Even though today looked like it should have been really easy, it wasn't. I lost my butt today. Thought we were going to fill the gap on SPX. Shorted when it was headed north. Then kept trying to get in and hold long enough for a long to make some headway, but nope, just kept getting stopped out at breakeven + 1, or even worse, 2-3 point stop-outs. What a jerk of a day.

Nobody really knows what you are doing, because you come and go in your journal and seem to conveniently "forget" posting every trade entry and exit.

Your stop was hit, and you never mentioned it. Someone asked you if you were still in your short, you said yes So which is it? Which short are you in? Which contract? What longs are you in? Which contract?
I post all losses that I take and will be posting two losses yet today. One from yesterday and one from today. I am still short my swing trade currently.

Nope, me too. Looking at the day's chart it is hard to believe but it is what it is.
Looking forward to analyzing today's trades over the weekend, and hopefully learn some lessons to do better next week.
