15.34 and 13.34 narrow base, could be a new ceiling or a base, ha ha ( no clear picture) bulls are trying to form a base but bears are also in. patterns are changing so fast hard to decipher.

u r not the only one, if u look at my chart it does come into my buy zone for support but bear momentum looks scary so dont want to risk it. might regret, but also the formation at 15.50 is of a ceiling in middle, on longer term so as of now not sure what is what.
