Actually looks a lot like a double with R at the 90wma on the 13.5 k tick...not expecting anything exciting today tho..cud also be forming a cup and handle

Not familiar with the cup and handle formation. What does that indicate?

Ok, maybe for no other reason than complete boredom, I'm short 2986.50. Looks a little like a double top with the first top hitting around 10:00 AM (EST) and another just a few minutes ago. Additionally, the YM is below its Pivot and turned, and the NQ just bounced off of its 200 EMA again. I am considerate of the fact that ES's pivot is directly below here, but I suspect we'll break through. If not, and it bounces, then I'll bounce on the trade and get out.

So, I'll risk it for a short.

Market makers must have read my post. I'm bailing here at 2998.25 for a small loss.

Yeah, you did call that early on today. Good call. That sucks that it went within 2 ticks of your target. That same thing has been happening to me lately too.
