true that, big money can play it both ways, 80% of the time they will do opposite of what everyone expects market to go. They do have the capabilities to shake off the weak (staying solvent)off the bandwagon. too early to form a bias, but president Trump wont like the markets to melt down, after he imposed the tariffs so either long or range seems to be sensible assumption.
