An excuse for everything!
Some calls are intraday, some are outtraday, some are wishful thinking, no spreadsheet or records to summarize, no one knows what calls are what, pat yourself on the back constantly when you make a couple of dollars but never acknowledge your huge dumb trades which are countless.
As for an ability to read the market you are wrong so many times it sheer stupidity.
There's a dozen people climbing all over this thread making calls and you claim this is the best journal on the intraweb, well its certainly not from your smoke & mirrors trading.
And then everyday.... "I'm off to play 18 holes".
LMAO!!!

That about sums it up as only an Aussie can. Pretty well said. My guess is that one gets 5 "likes" minimum.

Most "calls" I ignore as they make no sense.

It's gotten a bit too much here for me lately ... I think I need to take a break from the second greatest financial journal on the interwebs and stick to lurking in Dest's journal for a bit.

Dest is clearly a pro but my option chops are basic and his trades are exotic so different language. Maybe we should look into setting up a private room with a few actual traders who share ideas and leave ego at the door.

Perhaps it is we who suckered him into allowing us to go beneath the radar without having to draw attention to ourselves as the OP of a thread.

FWIW, I've kicked the idea of a journal around a bit - even talked it over a bit with @speedo. I know there was some conflict at one point when someone was posting non-ES trades here. I would like to post NQ's and Bonds, but I keep them to a minimum out of respect for the OP.

Maybe someday ... for now there is a part of me that finds B1 to be more entertaining than annoying. Once the ridiculousness gets old on me, I may very well launch a publication to rival this one as the premier financial site on the whole worldwideinterwebs. For now, this place is perfect for me.

Funny enough I have no problem with B1 ... he does what he does and it looks as though he's been doing it here for almost as long as there's been an ET ... there's been a steady gang of regulars here with whom I enjoy the bit of social interaction ... some posters on the other hand I just have little patience for ... that's why I'm quick to block. It has nothing to with my ego except for the fact that I do value my time and I see no reason to keep reading word vomit by morons when there is an easy way to turn it off.

But I really do get a kick out of B1 ... TRUE!

The whole idea of a journal is to record your trades in public in the hope of positive feedback.
A journal is not a dick swinging publication to prove superiority.
There is no room for bullshit.
Once you begin bullshitting, SWHTF, someone will react to point out the nonsense.

But thread needs to get back to real time calls with stops.

Too many people posting charts of what happened with hand drawn arrows of what would have been good entries, but have no evidence of being able to pick such entries in real time. Cringey. Literally anybody can do that. It's not impressive. Stop it
