it's showing relative strength against the 1102 cdt swing low..retest of 2809 ?

it did not indicate weakness at the 2808.75 swing high relative to 10:29 - 2515.25 high..however, the 1029 high WAS weak to 8:38 cdt high..so the utility of it is a synthesis of 1 and 5 min charts..
can anyone also see this on charts ?
