All I'm trying to cement into the brain is, trend is my only friend!
trying to pick tops or bottoms rarely pays.
 
My instinct says today (+ range day consolidation tomorrow) is the end of the run and we will see action in the next 1-2 weeks, maybe sell to 2570-80?

Yeah I agree. I wasn't really trying to pick a top or bottom, actually more like which way is the trend for the next 3 months.

True and I mean only intraday trend..I tend to look too far ahead..vowing to stop wasting so much NOW time..
 
Total mistake by me on intraday trend today. Fortunately I took no trades based upon that. 2690 now making a bid for new floor. If that occurs, it is curtains for any chance of their being a bear market.
