i don't see them stepping up & busting this out news highs today...dow down over -100

what's the point?

we got tuesday or wds to take this up and try fake the bull
 
if signals are to be trusted then, a new low is in works. I would be looking at 74.00. the second wave down has started so have to see what price does if bears have momentum.
