Big winner in G20=China. Trump will mouth off about the big win for farmers, its the same line from months ago. China will sit and wait for Trump to cave in before the election, and he will cave in. He gave in on Hauwei. But will try and spin it as a win.
Trump doesn't cave in -----ever.

When you stop and think about it, nothing was accomplished but the markets think something was.

Well, US firms can now sell to Huawei which should bode well for chip makers and other tech firms. The question though, is did US firms ever really stop selling to China? From what Micron had to say last week, it sounds as though neither US tech nor China are taking our big orange problem seriously. In which case your statement would be accurate: nothing was accomplished but the markets think something was. But all that matters is what the market thinks.

We opened up a percent, +/- depending on index. I’m hoping for a nice volatility contraction as my plan is to fade this move while benefitting from potentially better volatility pricing on Monday. Concerns about new comments out of Asia and US Monday morning are holding me back from fading this move right now. We may end up with gap up and tight trading range day Monday as price takers face the probable overhead wall of offers, in my perception.
