Anyone notice how the low was the lowest weekly SPX open of this entire move up from Dec 2018 lows?

Financials rallying huge off the lows. One bank stock I looked at is up over 13 percent off the low

The first step here is to get past the level of the low of the initial halt today and and then have it hold as a short term floor. Then, move above the low of the overnight session and have it hold as a short term floor.This will give us an opportunity to go green today or tomorrow and get back above the cash gap fill that we made on Fri. I have every expectation that we will get there. I believe that the market has already priced in "worst case" news and the market is healthy.

So far, it's a ceiling. The day is young however.
