This is the "Meng Whanzhou" crash. Mark. My. Words.

I was so short (long vola) going into this "MLK Day" analog that I won't sleep at all. The position was so large that I am propping up the futures via delta-hedging. It's gonna take 1.5mg Xanax and a Trokie lozenge to get some theta-wave sleep.

I may retire this week. I see no reason to give it back. I will take my leave, my loves!

I want to thank my Grail, volente, for the heretofore unforeseen levels of stupidity.

Exactly. Going long in Dec after the trade war truce was the "easy trade" but we know that easy trades rarely make anyone any money, I think we see a retest of Oct lows, minimum. I'm playing this with a bear spread.

We may see test of Feb lows on Friday. Very few believe it. But bulls will still see a reason to buy.
 
Bear market,bull market, how about getting the direction right? What you call it is really irrelevant. I call it winter....
