Yep I actually trade at night then get up late in the morning, and trade some more. I was not even awake during most of the price movement. If I knew market was going to fall this much obviously, I would have shorted last night with no stop and target. Most days you don't get big movements anyway so scalping is fine.

One thing I am happy about is that I forced myself to trade more today since PA was good since it's hard to risk losing profit on the day. My mistakes have been when I am down for the day to trade more. Also, I was only doing 1 contract trades since market moving so much.

Today was down -3,13 % with a maximum of -3,35 % down during RTH. This is only marginally rivaled by the 10th of October (down -3,23 %) as the worst and with the 24th of October being the 3rd biggest down day after this correction started.

Incidentally, all three days had a 90 point range on the day.
