Final quadrant is democrat and republican presidents checking out the damage while FED is having a BIG Christmas party and Happy New Year....

Hell, a year ago at this time, when the markets were brimming with optimism, things fell a bit into the new year. Now with this mood, how can anyone find long cheer into the new year?

Even in 2008 the last four trading days of the year following Christmas saw a greater then 4% increase. Last year vol was probably sub 12, now it’s over 30, big moves both ways possible.
