The floor in this market is @ 2550. For now I am buying all dips above that level.

Ok---here we go! Let's see if 2550 holds. Low of the night is 2560. We're down 85 points in 3 hours.

I would think that this is likely the bottom of the move for tonight and quite possibly for quite a while.

No reason not to. Markets do not just drop straight down from all time highs. Tops are made by numerous attempts to take out highs before the attempts finally fail.

I believe the ES circuit breaker is 5%, which would be triggered at around 2476, I think. So, your stop is larger than 100 ES points?

I have it calculated higher than that, but I have adjusted my position size to handle a large point loss. I don't want out while I sleep tonight.

Hmmm, very interesting to look at your trading today.

Did it ever occur to you that today was a big down day? You were constantly counter trending and lost again and again.
