Thanks. I think I get what your saying about TLNW that others tend to be obtuse about. Trading account to cover margin requirements is only a small portion of your over all wealth. Being wiped out in trading account has very little impact on over all wealth and quality of life. Is this the gist?

Very much so with one caveat--Proper risk management should keep the trading account from total wipe out as well.
