I don't quite understand this trade except perhaps you are fading the uptrend near 1900 which you may view as resistance. With no downward momentum intraday, I believe this trade is a bit of a gamble, but may work out. For me. I would be waiting to have the wind at my back. Good fortune to you.
 
I do like the fact that the 15 min chart has gone well outside the upper BB and reversed, but that's just one chart and is more likely to end up being just a reversion to the mean and not full reversal. Certainly possible that this would be the reversal down, but it would not be classic. I would like it to reverse in this area of course.

I can see a rising wedge on hourly, perhaps B is playing the 1,2,3,4,5
 
There certainly is a class A sell signal on the 15 min chart but only the 15 min and of course I am playing much longer frames. So I can kind of understand Builder's short trade if he was using the 15 or the wedge that Romy described on the 60.
