ES Journal - 2015

2075 is the day's 50% level, but I guess everyone knows that. It's often useful to pay attention to that level on any given day.
Would you not agree 2075 is a bull trap then? I wouldn't be surprised to see the market sell off in the AH and retest the low. Then all the longs panic at the open tomorrow.

Inability of the market to close below 64 is not good for the bear case. Bounce will likely be significant in the afterhours. I am keeping my long here.

I've no idea. I don't really do long-term predictions and I don't have any reason to expect a sell-off since I don't follow the macro picture at the moment.

Judging from the daily chart though, it looks like a normal pullback after a long push up. That pullback may continue in the days to come or we may resume the up trend tomorrow. That's all I dare to say. :)

trying short here at 71 although not confident as traders much better than I appear to be going long.
Stop is at 73
target at 66
And i'm going out for a beer now, so will see which one got hit when I get home!

edit: dropped a bit as I was writing that!

Back

target was hit for +5

The traders I was watching on another forum got paid on their longs, too, so everyone wins :)
