Actually, it's not all that uncommon. Back in the Nasdaq bubble era, this type of recurrence happened a lot. Hence the reason for so many overnight millionaires. To this day, that is why the 10 point moves that you're fond of alluding is such a recurring favorites. Happens day after day.I didn't catch the open today, but isn't it very interesting to see the same pattern from yesterday repeat itself so far?
6-8 points up, 20 points down, 14 points up?
Pretty cool, IMO. The only difference being that today's pattern formed a little faster.
