Think what we are seeing here is bounce in an otherwise down market (daily). We're outside the lower BB on daily and I wouild expect a bounce. The hourly, 15 and 5 certainly show upside potential.
 
No upside reversal signal has presented itself on 15 or hourly yet. We are well outside the lower BB on the daily and so caution on new shorts should undertaken as it wouldn't take much to have a bounce or intraday trend reversal as folks cover shorts and dippers look to cash in. A new short here would require a very large stop--to encompass a rally and then noise and a downside reversal.
 
Hourly has now exhibited upside reversal. And if personally, I had a day trade on, I would be covering my short here. I would think that the day trader on the 1 and 5 could now look at longs with tight stops.

redrew my fibs to inc today's low. i put 2094 = 38.2%. just above 2100 = 50%. thats my target
