CASH index sitting near 20MA on weekly, I don't see FED raising rates soon, neither does the market, hardly a sell off.

Here are some support levels that IMO have to be bought, especially if price drops there and displays oversold on RSI.

I managed to display a classic example of trading within noise ignoring support levels. So far 76-80 is holding.
