ES Journal - 2015

....... I will do some more posting next week and later attach charts to explain my reasoning.

Thanks Romik that's helped and I look forward to the further posts next week. I am sure they will further demonstrate how you select the trades that meet your stop criteria based on CURRENT hi/lo.

Here are some support levels that IMO have to be bought, especially if price drops there and displays oversold on RSI.

20SMA on weekly cash index ~2085

Romik told you...

When the magic number is reached AND the magic indicator says oversold, you buy. ez pz.

Honestly, Romik would be better off if he was to focus on his intraday enter/reverse strategy and up the size. Lose all this opinion/bias stuff and let the real-time movement dictate.

You think? I don't think so personally and here is why.

Drawdowns. I certainly can't justify upping size with a potential drawdown of 30-40 points :)

From your posts, that is an accumulated drawdown from a series of consecutive losing trades. My suggestion to "focus" includes refinement. You know the drill... what are the characteristics of the losing series? What are the characteristics of a winning series? What refinements or filters can be made? It's your system... open to your own refinements.
