Inside a range, it is noise or oversold, thats why the daily is responding to a triangle.

Re - Weekly outside bar, it did happen on INDU and NAZ, IMO bulls really ought to not waste much time here and take out the ATHs to keep indexes going up, otherwise correction is looking highly probable.
