ES Journal - 2015

There is another item worth mentioning here. --and that is that I am not afraid to let everyone see the losses. I show you when I have a trade go against me.--Ishmael

Just a quick mention here of risk management. The last few trades have been losses. The total loss on these trades adds up to less than 2 percent of TLNW. This is how you keep in the game and then when the winner comes in, you let it run . The idea here would be that I will be able to get short again and catch a big downdraft. If enough time passes before I am reversed, I will be able to raise the 2050 sell stop and get a better short entry. Either way, you keep your toes tapping and you win over the long haul. This is your only true edge in trading. Capital and the prudent use thereof. Good fortune to all!
Could you please back up your statement with imperical evidence to support what you said "This is your only true edge in trading". You're actually insulting other traders intelligence here. However, you're entitled to your opinion I suppose..

fairly flat day for my account. Lots of the guys at the other forum I visit killed it, which makes me a bit jealous. Still, I bet some traders lost a bundle, too, so i'll settle for it.
I think no matter how bad I trade, it'll be a good week thanks to that freakishly good day I had on the Dax!
Looking at some areas tomorrow for possible trades tomorrow for NQ. Red shorts, and blue longs.

You really have no need to defend yourself I your own journal. The reason people are starting to make note of your poor performance is that you insist on pressing your view in the journals of anyone associated with DbPhoenix. You have no respect for others whose views differ from your own and who are on a completely different path than you are. You are trolling. Why not worry about your own journal and leave others journals alone? You opened your journal up to the community-at-large. But you are imposing yourself in the journals of others who have a right to conduct their journals as they see fit. Why can't you just respect others and stick to your theory here?
