ES Journal - 2015

My fellow market participants, I come here with a heavy heart today. Sadly, I must place 2 of our regulars on ignore. I don't want to, but it has come to that. Trades are not being posted with stops and they are being added to when it goes against their direction. Then, victory is claimed even days or weeks later when market comes back. Nothing of informational value is derived from that type of posting. Sorry ILO and Artemstreb.

I'm so happy to hear that. Actually, this is by far the most intelligent post I've seen from you in quite a while. Thank you for putting me on "ignore", seriously! Now, I don't have to put up with your repetitive posts of "disregarded for journal purposes" :)

Btw, before you criticize other fellow traders, please look at your historical trades, and you'll see that the market frequently goes against your entry, sometimes -35 points in the hole. I'll be happy to provide you with links :)

Given that he's been such a pest in my own threads, I was prompted to do a bit of searching and found that he apparently doesn't trade at all, except in hindsight.

Of course there may be some RT or even foresight trade posted somewhere in the distant past, but, by now, who cares?

I call shenanigans.

You better be careful, or he might put you too on "ignore" :), but I believe he monitors ALL posts in this journal.

Unfortunately I have to respond to his nonsense because I don't want people to get confused by what he posts.

One wonders about the deficiencies in these people's lives.

He wants people to trade his way only, or the highway. He's been preaching this for years on many threads. He thinks that I go full tilt every time I enter a position, but nothing could be further from the truth. I trade in increments of my wealth, because I'm NEVER right all the time. No one is. I use stops only in certain cases. Therefore, I feel comfortable adding than going all in at one price point. When I do go all in, there will be a hard stop that I'll post. There's no 2 ways around it. Stops are important! They must be used intelligently though and according to the behavior and volatility of the market.

so why not add again @2033 when it got there ? It looked like a good support point. Do u only add once ?
I'm not seeing 2033. I will add several times actually. Typically after my 3rd add and depending on the behavior/volatility of the market, I will implement stops to prevent any further drawdowns.

Edit: I'm trading the March still, that's why 2033 didn't make sense. I'll start trading June mid next week.
