Right. I mean some kind of reversal, not how far how fast, not 'the low is in'. Combine it with your strategy as a confirming.

Our Low didn't coincide with a Vix spike up. Represents fear and greed rt? The fear didn't coincide.

-->Where there is lack of news, it's not too useful intraday imo.

I use it overlay on a 15 minute chart.

It's closing a gap now from a couple days ago (Edit, nope not yet)

Vix?? Just the opposite of the ES! Turn your screen upside down maybe that will help you see.
