o Fourth target: 1973.25

SCALPS WITHIN THE CHOP ZONE

If it turns out to be a consolidation day and we're stuck inside the chop zone, take trades for one-point targets.

what i dont like is when my sell/buy stops get hit, then i get taken for a ride to other end of range.
