ES Journal - 2014

I been trading 30 second ES charts but signals off one minute, only counter-trend trades as trend trades are all over the place today. Trading lite cause jumping price, cause of margin increases at IB and others, volume is less and market more volatile. Been trading more gold as it is not as wild and much more consistent way I trade. When I can't risk 2 points, just get shorter on timeframe.

I didn't get out with a gain unfortunately - I took a loss of 9 points.
sounds like a lot, but i've made about 65 points the last 3 days so it's all good.
chilling out for now. Still think we're headed down but no trade on

Got the 1870's, aiming for 1880 for tomorrow. Or better yet a nice EOD rip today.
