If this was any day other than fed day, I would be putting in a bull put spread on spx under yesterday's lows till options ex. But fed is killing that trade.

Crap day for me, here. Think I want to learn about options instead. Maybe predicting volatility it easier than guessing direction? (although I don't tend to trade ES much, but if I did, I guess I'd only ever trade the long side)
