es is 20 on max contract size or x on max loss number, nq was a scalp, they both were but es is prime trading vehicle so i added

This is the kind of day when being a scalper is a big plus... Lost 4 ticks on the initial drop until I realized wtf is going on... Then cleaned up on the multiple gyrations near the lows .

P.S. Wouldn't want to be in pinkman's shoes right now. Hopefully he bailed before the drop.

Best day of the year for me. +1.5 pts, +1, +5, +3, and 4 Nq points. Flawless. Makes up for some of the big losses due to complete lack of discipline over the last few months.

Been struggling big time with discipline over the last 3 months ever since I changed up strategies.

Out ... +8. You gotta love volatility. I'm upset though that the short I intended to get in earlier was missed by a point. That hurts, specially when the market tanked 22 points after that.
