Anyone can have tos. I use Sierra for my charts with a funded a/c for trading, but also have tos running for these kind of symbols (not this particular one, actually), long term charts etc. And I DO NOT have funded tos a/c. Simply open an account and never fund it. Quotes will be delayed, but charts update real time. Just ignore quote windows. Works great!
